Our Mother’s Day specials celebrate fresh, vibrant flavours with a true Italian twist. Start with seared scallops paired with a silky pea and mint purée, finished with crispy Parma ham – a perfect balance of sweet and savoury.
For the main event, choose between:
Pollo Saltimbocca – tender roast chicken breast wrapped in Parma ham, served with a rich and creamy pea, sage, and Parmesan risotto.
