Taste the Wild: Tre Ciccio’s Foraged Feast for the Ramsbottom Bar & Restaurant Festival



Spring is in the air, and Ramsbottom is bursting with flavour! From 17th–23rd March, we’re thrilled to be part of the first-ever Ramsbottom Bar & Restaurant Festival — and at Tre Ciccio, we’re taking inspiration straight from the local landscape.


Known as the “Valley of the Wild Garlic”, Ramsbottom is rich with natural ingredients, and we’re bringing them to your plate with a special foraged-themed menu. Think fresh Ramsons, dandelions, nettles, and more, transformed into authentic Italian dishes with a wild twist.


🌿 A Celebration of Local Flavours

Our festival menu is a love letter to the land, showcasing seasonal produce and wild herbs picked right from our surroundings. Each dish is crafted to highlight the fresh, vibrant tastes of spring, with every bite connecting you to the local landscape.


PRIMI (Starters)

  • 🧀 Wild Nettle & Goats Cheese Gnudi — Crispy Parma ham basket, wild garlic pesto & toasted pine nuts (D, N, E, G)

  • 🍤 King Prawn Cocktail — 'Bloody Mary' sauce made with wild garlic-infused vodka, foraged leaves & lemon (E, CR, M, C)

  • 🌱 Pea, Courgette & Wild Garlic Fritters — Served with a zingy tomato vinaigrette (v) (G, D)

SECONDI (Mains)

  • 🍕 Pizza 'Rammy' — Wild garlic butter, melting Taleggio cheese, toasted walnuts & pickled wild garlic leaves (G, D, N, SD)

  • 🦀 Fresh Nettle Linguine — Hand-picked Cornish crab meat, chilli, cherry tomatoes, wild garlic leaves & lemon (G, MO, D)

  • 🍗 Roast Chicken 'Primavera' — Roast chicken & potatoes with peas, courgette, spring onions, dandelion leaves, nettles, crumbled goats cheese & wild garlic breadcrumbs (G, D)


🍸 Cantina Bar: Wild Cocktails & Good Times

The Cantina Bar is also joining the festival fun with foraged-themed cocktails created by Harvey, our in-house mixologist. These unique drinks are the perfect way to toast to the festival and enjoy a little taste of spring in a glass.
